SEX. getting into a turned-on headspace - hel me plz!?

Hi. I really like my guy and i really like sex..but my problem is that it's now just kinda feeling like just a whole lot of pump-pump action and that's it..i mean god he likes it...it feels good but it's kinda boring and repetitive and monotonous...i'm not sure if it's just me or not...when i'm on top i just feel silly because to me it is just pump-pumping..nothing interesting...i wonder if it's because i just can't get my head into any sexual headspace..i'm a daydreamer and i do during sex too but it's never really sexual...i'm feeling a lil redundent in this area right now...i'd love to just be completely in a sexual headspace and overcome with being in tune with my guy's body and what's going on but i'm not and i don't know how to get there. Also foreplay is like 5 mins with my guy. and because he's my first and i've been with him for years it's always been like that and my mind just blanks when it comes to me coming up with ideas. Any help would be graciously accepted.

gurl i think you need to sit down and talk to him about it. and 5 mins of foreplay is nth at all you need tonnes of it at least half an hour. tell him how boring its getting coz he wudnt know. if u dont tell him hell never know. you cud also spice up your sex life by doing intresting stuff. take up some stripper classes or buy urself a karmasutra book or smth. haha well thats my point of view :)

Hi.  He should get to know your body better, and so should you.  Foreplay is really important for most women; five minutes doesn't cut it, imho.  Slow things down a little, touch more...build up the moment.  I'd love to give you more advice, but this is a public board!  ;)  Take care, and good luck.

If you're not into it, it may be time to examine if you really feel the same way you once did.  Your body sometimes knows better than your brain if you're really into someone.
