How many of you have trouble trusting your intuitions about people...?

When your intuition tells you that something isn't quite square about another person (even though, externally, they seem like an absolutely wonderful person), do you trust it, or do you shove it aside? If you've ever disregarded your intuition about someone, has it ever resulted in you or someone else getting hurt?

I never have trouble going with my intuitions about people. I was born with both a physical disability and a learning disability. I have learned to trust people or not trust people by the way that they first approach me. I know that if people don't look at me or act like I have a developmental delays, than that person is going to treat me like a real person. When you've been treated like you're less than a person for most of your life due to something you have no control over you learn very quickly how to gauge people.
