have you ever been discouraged?

Not discouraged but surprised. I always try to pick a best answer to the answers I get to my questions. But i'm sometimes a little surprised when I think i gave a really good answer to a question and the asker picks some real bad answer that didnt even seem right or helpful, Hmmm... oh well no big deal.

I think sometimes people just get busy and dont go back to their question to pick a best answer.

I was just thinking that when I logged on - I see I've dropped a percentage point in my best answers - yet I see many of the other answers and - some of them are just nonsense. Ya, it's discouraging sometimes. But it's about the communication for me, I guess, so - it's still worthwhile. About once a month too I'm stunned by someone's depth of character or wisdom.

I don't feel discouraged .. but I do sometimes wonder about answers chosen which are not good answers.

I don't answer to get best answers .. I just enjoy being here .. and maybe helping a little.

i used to be discouraged but now i don't because i believe in my self

I just figure my answer is best and if they are too stupid to realize it shame on them.
