running in place?

Will running in place help me lose a little fat? I am not overweight but I have just a little too much fat.

By the way I'm 13 and weigh 98 pounds. (And DON'T just say 13 is an awkward age blah blah blah.)

To be honest with you if you are 13 and weigh 98 pounds you don't really need to lose any weight. I just turned 13 2 day ago and my weight is in th hundreds, but I am very tall. Anyways running in place could help you.

not 13 but 98 lbs?? how tall are you?? At 98 lbs you dont need to lose ANY weight, but now instead try and get toned up.

Grab some 2.5 or 5 lbs dumbbells and do some excersie's with those any and all that flab you think you have will be completelly gone with in 6 months.

I don't think that just running in place is going to help that much. You should set up an exercise program that includes running as well as weights. You have to have muscle in order to burn fat so I would do about 30 minutes of cardio (this could be running in place, running on a treadmill, jogging outside, using an elliptical machine, etc.) and use weights to do upper and lower body exercises.

yes but I doubt that you will do it long enouhg for it to be effective in weight lose because it's extremely boring to run in place
