I am having difficulty with a hapkido front roll. I get how to do it... right leg foward, hands down, start rolling on outer edge of end and up the arm, feet flip over head, diagonal line from right shoulder to left hip, YES I GET IT. The thing is, I keep bending my elbow when I start the roll on my hand/forearm. I know I'm not supposed to extend it my elbow. But they tell me to put weight on my arm, which you kinda have to. But whenever I start to put weight down on it as I am about to roll, my elbow bends like a 90 degree angle. It seems like it just naturally bends like that when I try to start rolling. I just can't keep my arm straight and it's really frusturating sometimes. Can someone help??

I have no objects or codes in the "Who I'd like to meet" section, but for some reason the section still appears in my profile. There is nothing there, it just says "Who I'd like to meet." I have a scab on my thumb, and its been there for a long time. It got there because I always had to force my shoe on and it hurt my thumb when I was putting it on. And I started picking at it and it eventually became a big scab and it has been there for a long time. If I stop picking at it, will it go away? Can anyone relate? Also, will aquaphor help?

Ok, first of all, I don't have my ipod songs on my computer and I KNOW how to back up the songs from my ipod to the computer. But how do I get more songs on my ipod without having to transfer the songs from the ipod to the computer? (And I will uninstall iTunes so it won't get deleted.)

Since I am running out of room on my C drive, I want all of my iTunes music on the D drive. Can someone tell me the proper way to make all of the music on the D drive? If I just reinstall it on the D drive, I don't think it actually puts the music on the D drive. It is still under C:/Users:/ ect. I could probably figure it out, but I want to know the PROPER way to do it.

I am trying to tone my abs and muscles. Here is what I usually do on regular basis:

200 jumping jacks (not all in a row; I do 50 then take a break, then 50 more ect.)

Weight lifting (20 pounds total)

50 sit ups

Walking for about 20 minutes

About how long will it take to start seeing results? Will these exercises help? I am 13 and weigh 98 pounds.

Will running in place help me lose a little fat? I am not overweight but I have just a little too much fat.
