Can the dealer look up the key code for my 2003 Honda Accord?
I bought my car used, and I don't have the key code. Can the dealer look up the code using my VIN?

Yes they can.

Yes but you will likely need your registration and driver's license or they won't make a duplicate key. Otherwise anyone could jot down a VIN number from the dashboard of a car and bring it to a dealer and then steal the car.
If your registration is locked inside the car, they may accept an insurance policy or insurance ID card. You can have your insurance company fax you a duplicate or fax it to the dealer while you are there..
