how to remove keyhook for free?

How do I remove keyhook for free? Whenever I go to a site, it says the spyware is free but only the scan is free. To actually remove it, I have to pay for it. Please help???

download smitfraudfix boot up in safe mode (press f8 until you get this option) then run it option 2 clean
