you can get them temporary wash and something at the chemist which you apply and after 3 washes it comes out
OR
die where you want the red highlites blonde but not from the scalp mabye baout 1 cm away and then try dying it red atleast it wont spread on rest of hair

They make dye just for us. The box will say, "For Dark Hair."
(You can find it at CVS or the toxic stuff at places like Hot Topic)
Also, you can go to the African-American hair products section and get some. That's actually what I used b/c my hair is thick and quite coarse.
Keep in mind that red fades really quickly and can strip your hair. I had some caramel streaks left over where my red faded out.
Edit: My hair is almost black naturally, and I DID NOT BLEACH beforehand.

you have to bleach it and then dye it red. not every blond dye has bleach in it so using one with out would do absolutely nothing to your hair, the color wouldn't show up.

That is so weird I want my hair like that too :)
Well those are called streaks and you have to go to a saloon to get them in your hair. Since you have dark hair it will come out great :)
Really hope I helped :)

print out the picture and go to a pro hair dresser..or just ask them for tips on how to do it.

just put in a lot of color, if it looks bad, then just buy another red color and dye it again, my friend did it and it worked very well

you first have to take the black out by using something that takes your black out (like loreal hair color remover) than dye it
