Need Certified Birth Certificate and Driving Record to renew license?

I am trying to get some information on where to find these things. My boyfriend had his 25th birthday recently so he has to get a new license. We live in WV but he moved here from Ohio, so he has to get a WV license now. I called the DMV and they said he needed a Driving Record from Ohio, and a Certified Birth Certficate. Do we have to drive to Ohio to get these things? We are right on the border of Ohio, but the part he was from is 2 hrs away, can we just go to the DMV thats closets to get it?

See first site below for instructions of both methods.

He can go to any DMV in Ohio to get a Driving Record print out. He will need to have his Ohio drivers license with him. He can get a copy of his birth certificate from the Registrar of the County of the State he was born in.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNzSz

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.
