YA levels are all about the number of points you have.

    There are 7 levels.

    Hints:

answer your limit of questions each day (2 points each)

get an answer selected as best answer (10 points each)

pick a best answer for your question (3 points)

vote your limit of unresolved questions each day (1 point each)

you also get a point a day for signing in

each question costs 5 points, so ask sparingly

Points determine your level. Click on your number of points shown on pretty much every page of yahoo answers to find out more about it.

I don't know how many levels there are but I know the number of points (what you earn or lose for answering/asking questions) determines what level you are.

the points you score determine your level. you get 2 points for each answer you give and if your answer is chosen as the best answer then you get 10 points for that. you can also vote for undecided answers for which you get 1 point. you will be notified through your email if you reach the next level.

The person's level is determined by points:

1 point - per day when you visit Answers

2 points - when you answer a question

10 points- when you are chosen for the best answer
