free iTunes 8 account?

i tried to start a free itunes 8 account, with no credit card. i looked under payment options, and there was no option for "no payment". so how do i make a free itunes 8 account with no credit card? thanks

One option would be to go to a shop and then buy an itunes card. then u can use that to make an account
