I am the main account holder of a verizon wireless family plan (there are three other lines). I heard that the main account holder for verizon wireless can upgrade his/her phone every 1 year (with the same benefits of others upgrading every 2 years). Is this true? Thanks!

My son and daughter are going off to college soon and I was wondering if they can still use my family's netflix account. Is there a limit on how many devices a single Netflix account can be used on? If there is, can I simply log off on one device and use it on another? I would like to use it on 2 laptops, 2 desktops, an iPad, and 2 mobile phones. Is this a problem?

After I download something on my new mac, (i downloaded firefox), the icon for the setup appears on my desktop. After installing the program, i tried to delete the icon. However, when i right click it, the computer treats the icon like a disk drive, and asks me to "eject." How can i get rid of the icon? Thanks, i'm new to macs.
