Staying At Cedar Point Cabins?

First question- which is better, cabin or cottage?

Next is that me my friends want to stay at a cabin/cottage in age from 16-18 I myself will be seventeen but can all of us stay there with that one friend being 18 and reserving the place or do we all each need a 18yr old per underage person. Or if they and My two parents come would it be ok

The Cabins are better. You'll have a loft and a couple pull out couches as well as a bedroom. The shower is a bit cramped.

The cottages don't have the loft and instead have bunkbeds in the bedroom. Also, if there's a hard wind coming off the bay and it is raining, the front door may leak.

From the Cedar Point website:"Guests 17 years old or younger are not permitted to register or reserve rooms or camping sites at Cedar Point Resorts. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay."

So someone's parents would have to act as chaperone.

The cabins are much better. I stay in theme every year and there's enough room for 10-12 people in there easily.

You are going to need someone 21 or over with a credit card to reserve one though. You can all stay there with just one person over 18 though, you all don't need someone older.

if not mistaken you have to be 21 there to rent its weird state by state you can be 18 and be in a room but have to be 21 to book dont know why but some places are weird like that overall its nice but you can go out of the area for about 10 15 min car drive where it is more quiet and offer more for your buck like contental breakfast it might sound odd but if you eat there in the am an there is about 6 of yall thats about 50 75 dollars per day you are saving by not going out to eat. well hope this helps and i would not recomend not having a parent around even if they are down the hall
