he says that he doesn't want to mess anything up...?
but he wont make a move on me. He says that he's not looking for anyone right now but I'm "cool as hell" and he doesn't want to eff things up by making a move. please explain to me whats going on?
...am i just supposed to wait for him until he's ready to risk ******* things up?

Yes basically. He is not ready to get in a relationship with him. You both have to be at the level to start a relationship, and you have to face it, he has not fallen for you at the same level as you have fallen for him. Just give him time to do so, and you will not regret it. Trust him, if you make him feel as if he is going to loose you all together if he doesn't get with you, then if he gets with you because of that,the relationship will not last because only you are benefiting. Being in a relationship takes mental, emotional, and physical preparedness. Give him time to get to your level.
