Why is there no 'Stupid Question' button in Yahoo! Answers?
You know sort of questions I mean.... What color ipod should I buy?
Yahoo! Answers is awesome, but I'm tired of coming across daft questions, and wish there was a button for 'Stupid Question', much in the way there is a 'Reprt Abuse' button.

The site is intended for the sharing and gaining of general knowledge.
General knowledge benefits everyone
Ipod colors and which to choose don't fall under the heading of general knowledge. So, report those inane questions when you see them.
Such a question could be reported either as chat or as not being a legitimate question.

Well, some people have their points, even if it is irritating to others.
It is best just to ignore the questions you don't like, but if you want to make a suggestion you could try the Suggestion Board:

It doesn't guarantee anything but you could try!

But rather than a Stupid Question "button" (which we'd ALL use to death, I'm sure!), perhaps there should be a Stupid Question "filter" to keep those dumb Q's from ever posting at all ... just a thought!
