Anybody on or know of someone on Adderall Xr need help?

I have been using Adderall Xr for a few weeks for my ADHD. I have had some weight loss (159 now 152) because of loss of appetite. perhaps it could be because of menstrual situation that just passed. Does anybody know how to combat that that's had that issue? (loss of apitatite) thanks in advance. Even when upping the dose cause i am not fully getting the benifits of the drug.

    I have been taking Adderall for over a year and it seemed like about 6-8 months or so after I started taking it my appetite started to get better. I am still not hungry for most of the day but do get hungry at night now. I try to eat breakfast before I take my pills.

    You could try an appetite stimulant such as remeron or megace.
