Secure the Cord in an Outside Power Outlet Socket?

Is there anyway to secure the power cord from a camera plugged into a socket outside where the plug cannot be removed without at least something like a screwdriver.

I don't want the cord to be able to pulled out easily.

The more secure the better.

If you give me a good solution, I will give you best answer.

Update:

I could only find this item:

I was hoping for something made out of a more sturdy material like steel.

Any links would be appreciated.

Several good answers already listed here. Locking cover came to my mind first as well.

How about cutting off the plug and wiring the extension cord directly to the receptacle. I assume this is a ground fault, and it should extra screws to gang recepticles.

Hey BL: I can only suggest, to modify this, go to your local hardware shop and get a metal cover large enough to cover the outside and drill a couple holes and screw the cover on. There are all different shapes and sizes for this application. Good luck.

Suggest hard wiring using conduit. There will be no outlet or plug to remove.

    Cable ties.

    Cheap.

    Quick.

    Can't be removed without tools.
