  • Secure the Cord in an Outside Power Outlet Socket?

Is there anyway to secure the power cord from a camera plugged into a socket outside where the plug cannot be removed without at least something like a screwdriver.

I don't want the cord to be able to pulled out easily.

    The more secure the better.

If you give me a good solution, I will give you best answer.

  • HDTV Plasma help, someone Please answer this time?

I have a Vizio P42HDE Plasma that I've been using for about 3 years.

Multicolored horizontal lines (only like 1 pixel high) go across the screen for just a moment, then disappears, sometimes as many as 10 at a time. The lines are never in the same place and after a moment the pixels return to normal.

I don't think it has anything to do with interference because I get the same result with CABLE and DVD and have tried all input sources.

I want to make this as easy as possible.

I was hoping if someone could tell maybe it's one of the following components and why (or perhaps something different altogether)" Logic Board, Buffer Scan Board (top, bottom, right, left), Buffer Logic (right, left), Y-Sustain Board, X-Sustain Board, Digital Video Board, or One of the Power Supply Boards? Any labor estimations would be great too.

I'm tired of dumb answers like it's a cheap TV or not worth it to fix it. If I know the part, I can get it for under $200 and do it myself if I have to.

    Thanks.

  • MLB Home Run Derby 2008 Video, No One Answers?

I can't seem to get an answer.

Does anyone know where to watch a video of last years Home Run Derby with Josh Hamilton crushing the ball?

I wanted the high quality network broadcast not the home movies from fans in the stands.

    Thanks.

  • Problem with 42" Plasma Picture?

I had an incomplete answer. Someone please help me if they know what is wrong.

I have a Vizio P42HDE Plasma that I've been using for about 3 years. All of sudden two weeks ago some horizontal line bleed started showing up. In other words a multicolored horizontal line (only like 1 pixel vertical) goes across my screen (end to end) for just a fleeting moment, then disappears. In the begining 3 or 4 lines show up at the same time, now it is like 30. They are never in the same place and after the line leaves the pixels return to normal.

I've tried all input sources and the lines not only show with cable but DVD as well. Any theories?

Is this possibly a part that is replaceable and would anyone know what it could cost for parts/labor? Or am I better off junking it and buying another?

I did some searching for all the components in my TV, could it be the Logic Board, Buffer Scan Board (top, bottom, right, left), Buffer Logic (right, left), Y-Sustain Board, X-Sustain Board, Digital Video Board, or One of the Power Supply Boards?
