kernel debugger corrupt or missing?

I recently formatted my hdd on my acer 3680 laptop....so i loaded vista back on from my OS disk.....it gets about half way through and says windows needs to restart to finalize installation....it restarts and says ..kernel debugger dll is corrupt or missing.....and sometimes when it restarts it says missing boot mgr...i know a little about this stuff....but im outta my league now....any help out there?

    You need to repartition your hard drive properly when you are doing an installation, format C the long way and partition it FAT32.

    This Kernel Debug thing is the equivalent of LINUX Kernel Panic, except your dousnt make that extremely annoying BEEEEEEEEEP! when it hangs.

    Normally when you install you will hit a screen and you should take all options to Partition the hard drive as you like.
