Which graphics card should I get?

I am building a gaming PC and graphics are important to me, I want to be able to play max settings for years to come but don't want to spend over $330.

I have narrowed it down to

EVGA GTX 275 1792mb

Gigabyte GTX 275 Super Overclock 1792mb (impossible to find btw, if any of you know where they are please tell)

EVGA GTX 275 CO-OP PhsyX edition

I like the EVGA warranties but the specs on the Gigabyte card look great. The CO-OP card has less memory (1280mb) but I am wondering if the splitting of graphics and physics between the 275 and 250 will make up for that. I plan to upgrade to a 3D PC next year too so overkill may not be a bad thing. Case is extremely well cooled so OC'ing isn't a big deal.

Update:

I'm in the US

I think if you are happy using the EVGA brand then go with that,My Personal experience from using EVGA super clocked video cards was not good I had loads of problems and sent it back twice, gave up with EVGA and went with XFX and haven't had a single problem. You could use the 250 and 275 together for PHYSX but there aren't that may games that I'm aware of at the mo that use it, But hey there's nothing wrong with experimenting so give it a try on Batman.

Out of the cards you mention I would buy the Gigabyte, They are a great manufacturer and produce quality stuff, but that's just my personal opinion due to the hassle with EVGA

Don't buy a 275, they are on the same level as a GTX 260. Why go with Nvidia when you can get a high performing card for cheaper? Get a 5880 or something in the ATi 5XXX series. If you REALLY want to go with Nvidia get a 280 or 285.
