The thought of an old man becoming aroused by a child is one of the most disturbing thoughts that makes us cringe as it reminds us of pedophilia and the most despicable people. It is difficult to accept that the Holy Prophet married Aisha when she was 6-years-old and consummated his marriage with her when she was 9. He was then, 54 years old.

That happens in a lot of primary societies around the world.. Not that China is a primary society, but a 9 year old getting pregnant is not a rare occurrence on this planet.

And please whoever's talking about prophets... you can't compare the mindset of people 2000 years ago with that of today. That's just ignorant. Everything they did that long ago would be considered messed up by us today, whatever the religions or the locations were. People were enslaved, impaled, crucified, tortured, and so much more. It was probably normal to marry girls that young.

That is horrible... she's only nine years old. She shouldn't even know what sex is! The poor little girl, and the poor baby! When the baby is nine, it'll know it's mother was the same age when she was born. That is so sad, it makes me feel sick. Aww, I don't wish that to happen to anybody.

its so yewww!!!!!! totally disgusting i mean just she was a girl kid doesn't mean that she doesn't have the right or she is weak. why didn't the parents abort the baby; why did they allow the kid to have the baby it could have proven harmful and could have created great complications for the girl's health. such law offenders should be hanged so that they don't ruin any other girl's lives in their life and such innocent girls can have a better life to live from such monsters roaming and lurking out there. that poor thing must not have known what sex is and what has happened to her until she reaches her teens and understand it fully; she would hate herself forever and she may not be able to come over it and loose confidence to socialize out. her life is ruined.

that is so horrible. a nine year old should even know what sex is, let alone be having sex [whether consensual or not]. when the baby is nine, the mother will only be eighteen.....that is just too weird.
