A "how to" Food topic?
My speech has to be 5 minutes long so I was thinking of puppy chow and rice crispy treats, but apparently so were other people... So any other other fun foods? Also I'm a guy so nothing too girly please :P

Raw milk Kefir, this is a probotic many websites on it. if you have a Asian, Indian (Hindu) store you can visit, you will have more foods to write about than you will know what to do with.
