are all iphone 4 defected?
mine loses service when touched on the lower left corner. Is it worth going back and trying to get a normal one (if there are normal ones) or just waiting a month or so for a free case?

If you are in an area with a weaker connection then touching the lower left hand corner will drop your signal on iPhone 4 units. So go for a case.
