Be nice. Pay attention when she talks. Ask questions and actually be interested in what she has to say. Offer to do something helpful. Compliment her on her looks and personality. Buy her a small gift, nothing expensive, just something that shows you were thinking about her.

That depends, do you want a quick score? If so just go to your local side walk and pick up a hooker. If you want the real thing it takes MONTHS of dedication for some, you have to prove your loyalty, take her out, buy her nice things such as roses or chocolate which is very cliche and please please do not leave just after sex that's really important in my opinion.
