In grama sabha the voters are there .the can express their greviance,discuss the issue etc....
.but in gram panchayat only members elected by each village panchayat are there, that is elected represntatives

2.gram sabha makes plan for the developement of a village and gram panchayat implements them.
3.gram sabha also keeps an eye for the working of gram panchayat
