Weak Bench Press for High School Football?

Well I flew out of a car in 2009 (Freshmen year) and broke my collar bone, elbow, hip, and pelvis. So ever since then I've only been working out the muscles that I can, mainly my biceps. I'm a junior going in for the football season senior year. As of right now I can only do 135 twice and barely squat 200... Yea my chest is weak as hell as are my legs, tell me about it. My Biceps are 18 inches there's not not a lot of fat in my arm if any, I'm at around 10% body fat.

and yea... that's pretty much all that I have :/ So do you think I could at least survive a football game if I play? I just got cleared by my doc to play sports last week.

Update:

im 5'10

160 lbs

Update 2:

saddest part about my bench weight, thats how much i max at curling

Look to be honest those weights are pretty light. I am a freshman in highschool and i bench around 185 5 times and i squat around 250. Although you are not in bad shape. There are a couple things to consider. First, position. I play lineback and tightend. So heavy weightlifting is necessary. If you are a cornerback or wide reciever you are just at the right weights. Also you just came off injury. Its important to stay healthy so drink lots of milk and eat lots off eggs and steak. I was small 8th grade (5 ft 6 130 pounds) as soon as i started eating lots of eggs and steak, plus lifting 4 times a week i grew fast. This year im about 5 ft 10 and 160 pounds. Just keep workin and you will be fine i got faith

Hey man don't be discouraged just use your max as motivation because most of my life i was weak as ****. I remember my senior year i could only do 130 once and now im 20 and could do about 200 in bench press and 250 in squat and im thin as **** at 6'1 160lbs. You just gotta keep at tho you'll get up there.
