How many underground muni metro stations are there?

Question

In San Francisco, how many underground muni metro stations are there (besides, the 4 underground stations that the muni metro shares with BART)?  And where are they located?  Thanks

The first three were built as part of the BART project in the 1960's.

Before BART, there was the original Twin Peaks tunnel built in 1918.  The west end was West Portal (hence the name of the street and neighborhood).  The east end was at Castro Street in the MIDDLE of Market Street (not how it is now).  Here: http://foundsf.org/index.php?title=Twin_Peaks_Tunnel

Eureka Street station is now abandoned.  You can still see it just a few blocks west of Castro Station.  

Forest Hill station is the next station in the original 1918 tunnel.  It was converted from low-level to high-level platforms after the Boeings came into service.  You can see it in its "old" configuration in the movie "Dirty Harry". 

West Portal Station is an outdoor station with a roof, that was lengthened somewhat into the tunnel.  I leave it to you whether it counts.   Here's what it used to look like.  They pushed the tunnel way back into the mountain.

The Metro tunnel was completed around 1970 but was not used until 1980.  This is due to delays obtaining and testing the "Boeing" Light Rail Vehicles.  (Yes, that Boeing.)  You might remember them: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=322004
There's still one at Duboce east of Church Street, or at the Western Railway Museum in Rio Vista Junction.

The interconnected tunnels contain nine subway stations.[10] Two stations, West Portal and Forest Hill, were opened in 1918 as part of the Twin Peaks Tunnel,[11] while the other seven, Castro Street, Church Street, Van Ness, Civic Center, Powell Street, Montgomery Street and Embarcadero were opened in 1980 as part of the Market Street Subway. Four stations, Civic Center, Powell Street, Montgomery Street, and Embarcadero, are shared with Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), with Muni Metro on the upper level and BART on the lower one.[12]
