Why is it easier to talk to ugly girls then attractive girls?

First off, let's not call anyone ugly! On to your question though, it's only natural to feel nervous or shy with attractive people, whereas with people you aren't exactly attracted to, you can really be yourself. Truth is I bet you most people are this way. I am one of them, but it wasn't until recently that I realized that I shouldn't care and not let someone's beauty cause me insecurity. Instead, I've decided to treat everyone like they're a friend and when I do that it's so much easier to approach or talk to any person. If I do this, then I show confidence and not insecurity and you never know what can come of it. If it's a really really goregeous person, then I just tell myself I'm better (in my head, but not really think so) just to cover my actual shyness around them. So in other words, I act like they don't exist at first to see if they come around and soon after they do, it's all good from there because we are past the they are so beautiful I could never talk to them part. But this that works for me may not work for you. Just gotta remember not to be cocky when 'not caring' or telling yourself you're better, it's merely to trick yourself that there is nothing to be frightened about!

I guess because if you're hitting on a pretty girl you get nervous and intimidated, but if you're talking to an ugly girl there's nothing to be nervous about.
