I want a -time lapse- video program for video I've already shot (not for photos)?

I DON'T want a picture program that puts photos together. Had that, done that. I have some videos that are an hour in length (sunsets). My videos are shot at 720 and 1080 video. I use both Macs and Windows pcs so i'm up for either. I'd like to get the time from 1 hour to around 30 seconds.

They have and explain virtually anything that you want to do with video.

The last time I did a time lapse it was pretty involved because each frame was captured as a .bmp and then i selected like every 6 frames and then added sound.

They have programs for pretty much anything on there.

    Have fun.

Sony Vegas PRO can speed up a clip up to 12X (Playback rate + Velocity envelope) There is a tool Rocket Speed from Vegasaur extension that allows you to speed up to 10000X without rendering.
