Outdoor table- what's worse weather wise on an out door table? Winter or summer?

This is Minnesota I should mention. What's harder on an outdoor glass and aluminum table? Winter or summer? I'd argue winter is easier as its just snow and cold as apposed to summers sun and rain. Any thoughts?

Update:

Sorry- "outdoor" table

Winter is very harsh on outdoor furniture. Even though the tempered glass would probably survive, the coating on the aluminum is fragile -- even on high end furniture. The furniture is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures more than extremely low ones as you probably have frigid temps in MN during winter. That's why it's always recommended to put the furniture away during winter or at least to get a good quality outdoor furniture cover for it. Hope that helps you.

I would have to say the scorching sun would do it,more than anything. It can be merciless on the surface of so many things. The heat not to mention the uv rays can cause a lot of damage. As for the cold , doesnt seem to do much harm. Not the cold so much, its the fluctuating temperatures of hot and cold over time , expansion and contraction that can cause damage to a scructure.
