Didn't Logitech buy the speaker company Koss?

I'm trying to remember and can't find info as I think I may have the Koss part wrong? Im searching somthing wrong. They make really good speakers and I thought that was why. Ringing a bell to anyone?

Update:

Nope. Koss did license the Name Koss for Logitech Canada to use on a line of Computer speakers. That was a decade ago. This is NOT THE SAME company you know that makes mice, and other computer accessories. The Logitech in Canada the worked with Koss was bought out by Circuit City.

Henry Kloss had a line of Speakers called Cambridge Audio...this company was sold to the Logitech you know for its computer speakers...that might be the confusion.
