Even though I click United States, on answers international , there are lots of questions from Britain?.?

All English language questions appear on all English language sites. You can limit what you see on the "show" dropdown menu to the right of the tabs.

It's just how we British people speak. So there are lots of British people on Yahoo! Answers, I don't really see the problem.
