Psychology and philosophy are different subjects. Academic and practical knowledge are essential to be adepts in these subjects. When you choose the profession of a psychologist, you ought to have academic back ground for which you shall have to attend a college or university. Join an institution where the subject you like is being imparted. Meticulous care may make you a good psychologist or a philosophy teacher. Nursing of course, is a profession where the knowledge of psychology is an additional qualification.
