How to contact Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft with programming idea?

Have found that attempting to contact Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft about an educational software program I have developed is nearly impossible. Three separate emails to Google have gone unanswered. I am solely interested in assessing their interest in the program. Any contact information, specific, would be appreciated. Please note that "Contact Us" with these large businesses simply yields no results. Thanks.

    Visit the contact site and then, send the message to service about that programming idea!
