Is Yahoo News trying to restrict or eliminate comments on news items?

Has anyone but me noticed that Yahoo News has been putting its most controversial news items under the heading of "THE TICKET" which has a different comments format and makes it more difficult to leave comments and practically impossible to view comments left by other people or to rate them?

    No. But I get most of my news from news.google.com
