Is it possible to lose weight this way?

I don't want to lose a huge amount of weight quickly or anything, but over time I'd like to shed some kilos.

I work at a fast food restaurant which is understaffed so I'll find myself working at least 3, 8 hour shifts a week where I'm literally on my feet the whole time, running back and forth, and at times lifting heavy things, just constantly moving. I have noticed tiny changes in my body since I started working there, but my weight seems to be staying the same, probably because even though I try to make it the "healthiest" meal I can buy from my work, it's still not the best thing to eat. I often start very early in the morning (4-5am wake ups) so my breakfast is either non existent or something small like a yoghurt, I also never have time to make anything for lunch (my only attempts were left over salads which got extremely boring).

- What are some easy, healthy lunch ideas I can prepare the night before?

- & by constantly moving for so many hours (I do often work up a sweat) will I eventually lose any weight?

I've attempted going for walks in the evening but I'm often so tired after work I just go home and sleep. Would fitting in a few walks a week help?

Really I just want a way to lose some belly and leg flab without having to do a constant work out routine as I just don't have the energy to do that.

You well easily lose weight if you pack a lunch! Try packing a luck consisting of an apple and a healthy homemade sandwhich. Something like that. Basically you well only lose weight if you eat healthy. Excercise just speeds up the process, ALOT! I would try to excercise 45 min a day not counting your job.

Good Luck and hoped this helped!! :D

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com/ - it will blow your mind.
