Inject? That would be really bizarre. If you just want to know if a couple can have sex during pregnancy then yes, so long as the position is comfortable for the woman; and yes the man can ejaculate.

I really cant understand what you are asking,unless a doctor has told you different its fine to have sex when you are pregnant,most women don't have sex in the last couple of months due to comfort reasons,as for the sperm thing,well sperm cant hurt a pregnant woman can it,shes pregnant,job done!

If you're asking if it's safe to ejaculate into a pregnant woman..then yeah, won't hurt the baby at all.

Unless it's very early in the pregnancy, you can't give her another baby. You can still spread diseases though; it still has all the normal dangers of unprotected sex.
It certainly won't hurt the baby though.
