My laptop just got back from repair and it's acting up as soon as we got it back?

So the hard drive failed on my 2012 Acer Aspire 5750G. This happened once before and when I got it back, it ran smoothly as normal. When I got it back the second time, I start it up, it logs itself on to the new hard drove's default "user" desktop, and all of a sudden a program with about 8 different windows starts up called "BurnInTest". I have no idea what it is, nor did I choose to launch it. Then at about 42% progress (whatever that means) the laptop shut itself down. Not just that, it switched itself off without the whole "shutting down" process. When I started it up again it said "Windows did not shut down correctly" and gave me the option of running Safe Mode. Anyone know what's going on here? I sure don't!

What the heck, it shouldn't just shut itself down, that only happens when the computer is overloaded, overheating or something similar. "BurnInTest" is a hard drive diagnostic program. It sounds like it wasn't uninstalled properly. You can uninstall it yourself in safe mode or you could take it back to the repair guys and tell them to unload the software.
