I think I ruined my top :(?
I have a tank top that said hand wash cold. It's 100% viscose. I put it in a laundry bag thingie (like the one used for underwear) and threw it in the wash on warm cold. It shrunk and it's not soft anymore. Is there any way to get it back to the way it was? I assume not but just figured it's worth a shot.

No I'm sorry:( You can't reverse something like that on clothing.

Try hand washing it and hanging it on a hanger to dry without ringing it out. The weight of the water may stretch it back out, but it's a long shot.
