is my car considered a ricer?

So I've been wondering this ever since I switched to a new exhaust setup. I'm running a megan racing axle back with a custom pipe replacing the resonator. I did this because the factory exhaust was too quiet and I like my car to have a louder sound to it. I also like american muscle exhaust sounds but I know that I can't replicate the american muscle exhaust sound on a JDM car and Megan Racing was the closest I could get. It's got the lowest tone out of every single exhaust out there I could find. Next, I have 8K DRLs and 6K low beams with 3K fog lights. Is this considered rice? I wouldn't consider it rice because I know I didn't go overboard with the modifications (what I listed above are all that I have, no aftermarket colored rims, it's not lowered, nothing) but some drivers who actually know cars might still consider my car as a riced out car. Please give me some feedback. Thanks.

    RICE=Race Inspired Cosmetic Extra's.

    Exhaust is not rice unless it is on a normal economy car that does not have the power to back up the noise and does not really benefit from the higher flow of the exhaust system.

    HID's typically come on race cars in endurance racing. Most are too bright to be street legal because they blind other drivers.

    If you had a Lexus IS300, then I would say it is fine.

    Is that all you have done to a stock car? It would depends what car you drive. Doing that to a classy elegant car is a no no. But it also depends on how YOU DRIVE. Lowering doesn't make you a ricer. Having a really bad taste in wheels, body kits and driving recklessly makes you a ricer.

  • The only problem I could see is the 8K DRL

    But if the car sounds like its farting (like a civic) then yes
