My TV has a Rainbow of Green Lines on the screen can my TV be repaired or adjusted easily?

It is a 2002 Sony Rear Projection TV the picture doesn't have a Double Vision Effect going on with it the color is natural everything looks realistic. I don't have the skills for a Soldering Iron.

Update:

I don't want to call a TV Repair Shop.

Good for you - it's good to read that you don't want to attempt repairs on the set as those televisions were dangerous to work on.

Since you don't have a convergence issue (the double vision), I have to wonder if something is laying on the green CRT lens?

Try this... since the set is worth literally nothing, remove the front panels (there are 2 screens, one is the actual screen and then there is a protective screen in front of it). These should come loose via removing the screws around the frame of the set. Remember the direction of the inner screen and where the painted stripes face.

Look at the mirror and the 3 large lenses. They will likely be extremely dusty, and you may have a dead bug there. wipe down the mirror and lenses with a very soft dry cloth. Now look at them closely with a bright flashlight and pay special attention to their condition. These are liquid cooled and there is a gel between the lens you see and the small picture tube that you don't want to handle. If that gel is leaking out, the set is done for. If it looks good, re-assemble and take a look. If that did not fix it, roll it to the curb.
