What is as easy to eat as junk but is healthy?

I want to start eating healthier and I m looking to replace the easy to eat junk food in my diet with easy to eat something healthy.

The problem s there doesn t seem to be any easy to eat something healthy. Everything either takes to much prep time, or needs to be carefully handled or disposed of so it doesn t make a smell at work (such as apples or bananas)

I thought berries might be the answer, but I discovered I can t really eat berries. Same goes for citrus fruits (grapefruits, oranges,) or anything in the honeydew family, (like most melons)

Vegetables, such as celery or carrots are so bitter, I d rather feel hungry all day.

So is there anything else left to eat that s as easy to eat as junk?

  • Anything with cheese. LOL I adore cheese. One of the easiest thing to make is a wrap. I add cheese and ham onto a Mountain Bread thin rice wrap and roll it up then cook it both sides until it's crispy and the cheese is melted. Yum! Takes a few minutes.
