Where to go for Supermoon Eclipse?

So, March 20, Spring Equinox Supermoon Eclipse. I live in Southwest England near Bristol, where can I go that's relatively nearby to get a good view of this spectacular event? Either a specific place or just a general place (hill etc.)

There is no such thing in astronomy as a "supermoon." The total phase of a solar eclipse is visible only from a narrow path across the surface of the Earth. For this eclipse the path is mainly over the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans, and touches land only in the Faroe Islands and Svalbard (Spitsbergen). It will be visible as a partial eclipse anywhere in the UK where the skies are clear, but you will need eclipse glasses, a #14 welder's glass, or a pinhole projector to view it safely. Click on your location on the map below to find the circumstances in your location.

A supermoon is a full moon that happens to occur when the moon is at its closest to Earth.

A supermoon looks just like any moon, most people couldn't tell the difference.

A lunar eclipse lasts several hours, the best place to view it is anywhere with a relatively flat southern horizon and no large cities or other sources of light to the south.

The March 20 eclipse is a total SOLAR eclipse, not lunar!!! Not visible from the U.K.
