can anybody guide me to a dual sim,4G,feature phone,Wifi,bluetooth,USB connector for transfering files between phone and?

a PC,AV player & FM tuner

FM tuners in phones are just about phased out. FM needs a long external antenna to work properly, which phones tended to get around by only allowing FM with headphones & using the headphone cable as an antenna.
That does not work with bluetooth headphones...
Other than FM, the Sony XZ dual SIm version fits well:
