Political question should be responded by political answer, so to say, Saudi Family employ death penalty for eradicating her enemies who were/are their own people ,as we see. As long as Saudi Family rule their people with fear , this death penalty would never be abolished.

There are discussions about discontinuing the death penalty for drug crimes, but for heinous crimes like murder and rape, armed robbery.. it still will apply... Just imagine.. if you are a father and someone kidnaps your 5 yr old daughter, drugs her, rapes her, and murders her and leaves her body in some ditch.. YOU know you would want that man dead yesterday.. the death penalty wont come soon enough for your feelings... .. Everytime I hear of a heinous crime in the west, the first thing people scream is " kill him", " execute him"... They still have the death penalty in some US states.. TExas for example... .. crime rate in Saudi is low,, if one criminal knows he will be executed, then he probably wont do the crime... its a deterent and it works here..
