You can warp rotors by riding the brakes, bopping the curb real hard, overtightening the wheel lugs. Replace the rotors, then correct those conditions and see if your rotors ever warp again.

Dodge Challenger r/t rotors are undersized for the weight of the car and they make them thinner than they use to. this is a well know problem with these cars and should have been recalled.

Are you a TWO FOOT driver?? Some people never learned the RIGHT way to drive! The idea is that using your RIGHT FOOT only will force you to take your FOOT OFF the accelerator pedal, and FORCE you to use it to stop the car1 SOME PEOPLE just RIDE the brake and THAT will cause WARPING! ALSO check the color of your BRAKE FLUID! Once it has turned DARK BROWN it is a DEAD FLUID and MAY cause your calipers to overheat and eventually JAM on the slide pins! Speaking of SLIDE PINS< check YOURS! FLOATING CALIPERS have SLIDE PINS that MAY rust in place if NOT lubricated and THIS will cause the disk to WARP! since excessive HEAT is made and KEPT In the system! GOOD LUCK! IT is VERY SAD that they are NOW using THINNER disks and SOME from CHINA even that are JUST NOW WORTH IT! THIN disks are LIGHTER< is the THEORY but There s is NO LONGEVITY! If you EVER OWNED a BENZ, AUDI, BMW or even a FORD there is a LARGE improvement in BRAKE performance!  The GM X cars used ALUMINUM DRUMS! A FERY VERY BAD IDEA! They WOUL D LOCK UP from HEAT and WARP like CRAZY!

Heat makes the rotors warp. So either you are driving with your foot on the brake pedal or you are using your brakes way to often! Like maybe you're driving too fast and are hammering your brakes!

Cheap brake pads will warp rotors. Buy Platinum premium pads and painted rotors from Advance Auto and try them. They don't warp.

Riding the brakes causes the rotors to overheat and warp. My wife used to drive a Dodge Avenger that was always warping the rotors. She went through front brakes about every 6 months. I would just replace the rotors along with the brake pads.

What eye_cue said - try this - find an empty road - run it up to about 60 mph and stop just as hard as you can - repeat several more times  - often that can cleans the mung build up on the rotors from the pads and road snots, causing them to 'feel' warped. Look up warped rotors and start reading - many quality articles about rotors rarely warping - the fools that say otherwise are living in the dark ages.

You drive it to hard and the rotors are cheap Chinese made crap.

Unless you have put a dial indicator on the axles hub and checked for warpage, it probably is not the issue. Warped rotors are rare.  It is usually using low cost pads on them that causes the issue.
