What is the difference between Alethic Relativism and Skepticism?

Alethic Relativism (AR) is general nihilism (gn) with an education.

Skepticism (S) is AR without its illogical dogmatism.

In other words, S says to illogical dogmatism--e.g., a belief claimed as axiomatic--"More [or some] proof, please."  (If you agree with an axiomatic claim, it's self-evident truth for you, rather than illogical dogmatism.)  Assertions of AR and gn are generally regarded as forms of unduly or illogically assertive beliefs about knowledge.  Keeping an open mind as to upcoming (and past, and present) evidence, and understanding types of epistemological proof, is S, or genuine consideration, somewhere between emo-only belief and solipsistic rationalism.  Kant strove for this position.
