Whats the most affordable holiday destination in south America for a single white guy?

I usually travel twice a year to south east Asian countries for a good time.  Its cost effective and plenty of women to choose from.

So im looking for a similar place in south America.  I heard some countries are really expensive but there are also some countries that are very affordable and fun to party and pick up women.

Any suggestions ?

They're all pretty damn affordable. If picking up women is your deal (i.e., sex tourism), then Rio is where you want to go. Cartagena equals Rio in sex tourism and is even cheaper, but it's also a lot more dangerous. What's more, Rio is more of an actual tourist destination, so it won't be obvious to your friends and family you went there as a sex tourist like you going to Cartagena will.
