Your hands fine but do keep it clean and put some neo on it other than that it looks like a skin issue nothing more ,,give it a few days and you wont even know it occured.

I once saw a liberal protester spit on a baby.  I punched this idiot liberal in the face several times and my hand looked similar to this picture.  It took about a week to heal.  The liberal was not so lucky.  He passed away. 

No, it doesn't look infected. Use some neosporin on it once in a awhile to keep it from getting infected.
