I'm feeling pain in my left chest and my hand is numb, what can it be?

My Apple Watch says my heartbeat is at 70 and the pressure gauge is OK, measuring my glucose is also ok. I'm feeling weak.

    1)  It could be heart problems.  I'm not sure you can trust what the apple watch says.

    2) It could be anxiety.  Anxiety can mimic heart problems, and even doctors can't tell without hooking you up to the machines.

Either way, you should see the doctor.

Go to youtube and search for "mindfulness".  It's too hard to explain here.

    Listen to music.
